How we actually work

Five phases, the same for every package, documented here so you can check it — not just take our word for it.

The five phases

Audit & Baseline

We start by measuring, not guessing: a technical crawl, an on-page review, a backlink snapshot, and a look at what's already ranking — yours and your competitors'.

→ Baseline report

01

Weeks 1–2

02

Weeks 2–3

Strategy & Roadmap

The audit becomes a prioritised plan: which keywords, which pages, which fixes come first, tied to your package's scope.

→ Written roadmap and priority list

Implementation

The fixes, pages and content get built: on-page changes, technical fixes, new landing pages, structured data, content drafts.

→ Implemented changes, tracked monthly

03

Ongoing from month 1

04

Ongoing, where included

Content & Authority

Content goes live, links get built, citations get created — the levers that compound over months, not days.

→ Published content and earned links

Report & Refine

A written report: what changed, what moved, what's next. No black box, no waiting six months to find out if it's working.

→ Monthly report plus next-month plan

05

Every 30 days

What the report actually looks like

A sample of our monthly/audit report format — not a real client's data.

Every report covers the same three things: what changed, what moved (rankings, visibility, technical health), and what's queued for next month. Audits add the prioritised fix list; the Complete audit tier adds a 30-day follow-up section.

Reporting, on a fixed schedule

Retainers get a written report every 30 days from the start. One-off audits deliver the report at the end of the stated turnaround — 10 working days — with the Complete tier adding a 30-day follow-up check to confirm the fixes landed.

Tools we actually use, and what we don't promise

How do I know it’s working before month six?

You get a written report every 30 days from the start — what changed, what moved, and what’s next. You don’t wait months to find out.

What tools do you use?

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush and PageSpeed Insights. Not because they’re impressive — because the work needs them.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. No honest SEO agency can. We commit to the deliverables, the method and the reporting stated on each package — not a specific rank or ranking position.

What happens after the minimum term?

For Local SEO, National SEO and E-commerce SEO: 30 days’ written notice and you’re free. Other packages already run month-to-month.
