1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of softseotool.com and any service purchased through it. softseotool is based at Bairro Nogueira da Silva 79, Braga, Portugal. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services and orders
softseotool sells seven named SEO services, each with published, fixed EUR packages, as shown on /services/ and /pricing/. An order is placed by adding a package to your cart and completing checkout. We confirm every order by email, including the expected start date.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT. An estimated 23% IVA line is added at checkout; the figure shown is an estimate and your final invoice will reflect your actual VAT status (including reverse charge, where applicable). The current checkout on this site is a demonstration flow: no real payment is taken and no card details are collected. Real payment handling will be enabled through a payment provider before any live charge is processed.
4. Minimum term and cancellation
Local SEO, National SEO and E-commerce SEO retainers have a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. All other packages run month-to-month unless otherwise stated on the package. Cancellation, refund and notice terms for every package type are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver the service, we may need access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your website's content management system, and timely responses to questions about your business. Delays in providing access or information may delay delivery.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced specifically for you (reports, content, technical recommendations) become yours once the relevant invoice is paid in full. softseotool retains the right to describe, in general terms, the type of work carried out, without disclosing confidential client information.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations in AI-generated answers, or any other outcome. No SEO agency can honestly make that guarantee, because search engine and AI-answer algorithms are outside any agency's control. Our commitment is to the deliverables, method and reporting cadence stated on each package.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, softseotool's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts. Consumers may also refer disputes to a Portuguese alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity or to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
